New centre
for logistics and IT
In this competence centre of the TechnologieZentrumDortmund, start-ups and companies from the logistics and information technology sectors will receive targeted support and funding. The new Centre for Logistics and IT Dortmund (ZLI) on the Dortmund Science and Technology Campus will form the framework for the Digital Hub Dortmund (TDHD) transfer infrastructure funded by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The first tenants are due to move into the new building in summer 2026.

At the Centre for Logistics and IT Dortmund (ZLI), you will find attractive office space and the right infrastructure for implementing your ideas. With a total of around 8,600 square metres of gross floor space, the ZLI offers the best conditions for innovation partnerships between start-ups and technology-oriented companies. Meeting rooms
As a tenant of the ZLI, you also use the seminar and meeting rooms of the TechnologieZentrumDortmund in the neighbouring building. The prices listed are daily flat rates and do not include statutory VAT. The flat rate includes ancillary costs for electricity, heating, use of the toilet facilities and room cleaning (usual degree of soiling).
Use is limited to weekdays from Monday to Friday.
