The young entrepreneur was faced with the question "Where is the point here?" Sascha Burghaus (27) from the Sauerland region was confronted early on. After four changes of primary school, encounters with the police and the youth welfare office and a cancelled apprenticeship, a sausage in space was the personal turning point in his life. Suddenly, he was able to unleash unimagined powers beyond the usual educational pathways and win over many of his critics. Today, he advises companies on training and HR work, has launched two successful companies onto the market and is currently the founder and Managing Director of work.mate GmbH & Co.KG - a virtual employee assistant. Sascha Burghaus is also a member of the State Committee for Economy, Industry and SMEs in the NRW state parliament.
The certified aptitude diagnostician and design thinker Felicia Ullrich has been working intensively on the topics of trainee marketing and recruitment for 15 years. Together with Professor Christoph Beck, she publishes the largest dual-perspective study "Trainee Recruiting Trends" every year. The managing partner of u-form test systems is a sought-after speaker on trainee recruitment and marketing throughout Germany. After completing her training and studies, she worked in marketing at Coca-Cola GmbH and Deutsche Bank before joining the management team at u-form in 1998. Since then, she has supported companies of all sizes and from all sectors in the introduction and implementation of modern trainee recruiting.

Afterwork networking in a relaxed atmosphere
The 3rd Wednesday is a networking event for founders, start-ups and companies. It takes place quarterly at the TechnologieZentrumDortmund (TZDO) and its competence centres. 3rd Wednesday is characterised by stimulating after-work networking in a relaxed atmosphere. Participants can also look forward to keynote speeches on relevant, current topics. Presentations by companies with innovative solutions from the TZDO round off the programme of the free event.
