The new Centre for Integrated Drug Research Dortmund (ZIW) is being built on the Dortmund Science and Technology Campus. The ZIW is part of the Biomedicine Centre Dortmund. It will provide start-ups and technology companies with highly specialised development and laboratory space on a rental basis for technology transfer in the field of biotechnology. The first tenants are due to move in at the end of 2025.

Our space offers
Take advantage of the first-class infrastructure of the Centre for Integrated Drug Research Dortmund: We offer you high-quality laboratory space for S1 and S2 use as well as modern office space. The four-storey building with a gross floor area of around 8,000 square metres is being built next to the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Physiology Dortmund. Benefit from the direct proximity to the biotechnology companies in the Biomedicine Centre Dortmund.

Meeting rooms
As a tenant of the ZIW, you also use the seminar rooms of the Centre for Biotechnology in the neighbouring building. The prices listed are daily flat rates and do not include VAT at the statutory rate. The flat rate includes ancillary costs for electricity, heating, use of the toilet facilities and room cleaning (usual degree of soiling).
Use is limited to weekdays from Monday to Friday.
